During my entire Life, I have been blessed to have some true friends, but none like Ed (Click on Boatroamer)BoatRoamer
Hardigree. He was kind enough to come with me and my friends on our first crossing of The Gulf of Mexico and The Yucatan Straits. He kept my rocket scientist friends and my boozer buddies getting along famously. He even got some work out of a few of them for a couple days of sail mending.
All in all, this is the kind of person that makes me feel blessed just to know. But to become like family...well, it just doesn't get any better. Cheri and I think of him as family. His wife Trudi and "real daughters" Gentry and Rachel are the family we choose. Not that we aren't happy with our biologicals. It is just strange how when it feels so right to really love another like a true brother and enjoy being around them as well.
